Oops! Time for a do-over!

After feeling like I've been sidelined for 3 weeks, I need to reorganize and recommit to this seemingly enormous task. I'm not sure if writing this is a way to convince myself or an acknowledgement that I fell from a great run. Either way, I don't want to undo any of my hard work and I certainly don't want to fail myself.

So here I begin again. Fortunately, to this date, I haven't gained anything but this week could have been the final straw on the scales back. We drove my oldest 4 hours away to College and along the way ate crappy food and the exercise was minimal due to 8 hours in the car in one day. Boy is that exhausting by the way!!

So, here's to reinvigorating our weight-loss efforts and getting this done!!

    Agreed ...... it is pretty hard to exercise in the car .......... Or even 'pull it over' ........ But I'm sure as your oldest is now in college, you can resume your healthy lifestyle! emoticon
