I logged my food 27 out of 31 days! (I missed first 4 days) Woohoo! Iíve never been that consistent.
I stayed within my calorie range 11 out 31 days. Not super happy about that, definitely gonna do better in September.
I exercised 7 out of 31 days for a total of 213 minutes, not very good at all. September is scheduled out for fitness so I know it will be much better.
I drank 8 glasses of water 13 out of 31 days. Not too great but I did 12 of those days right in a row so Iím pretty proud of that.
I started the month at 265 and ended it at 260 so I lost 5 lbs. Not the results I was hoping for but after looking at my calories eaten and my lack of exercise itís pretty obvious why I didnít lose more.
I know I can do better. Hereís to an awesome September!
