Yesterday I decided to start carrying the display that comes with my armband. I figured I could check on it how I'm doing and do a bit more if I needed to. I also changed the settings on the armband so that my weight loss target is 1 pound a week. and my steps are 7500 instead of 7000. I have set my goal of distance per week to 11 km in Spark.
I figured I would also use print screens instead of writing everything.
Here is my day yesterday :
All in all a pretty good day. I still need to work on the calories in if I want to make that pound a week.
