I feel like I am under alot of stress ,I need to slow down and think positive thoughts myh stress level is high today. emoticon

    Sometimes it helps to just take a step back, breathe, as some have suggested here, and focus on what the immediate priorities are, just those. Once those are managed then the rest can be addressed. Good luck. You are wonderful and you will see this through!

    So sorry you are stressed today! That is a horrible feeling. It usually helps me to take a walk, even for just 10 minutes. That seems to clear my head and helps me put things in perspective. Also, when I feel overwhelmed, it helps to ask myself, "What is ONE thing I can do right now?" That usually makes it more manageable, rather than feeling I have to manage everything all at once. I hope you feel better soon. emoticon

    I hope you find a way to decrease your stress. Take a moment and BREATHE. Then see if you can delegate or break your tasks into more manageable chunks.

    A HUGE stressful situation can be segmented into "chunks" that may be easier to handle!!

    What can you do to concentrate on something else? Or find focus to handle stressful things you MUST? Take your own advice and slow down, breathe and do things that make you feel calm and good. Take good care! emoticon

    If you can, listen to a Spark Radio podcast. I know it won't take away your stress but they always are great to listen to and have some practical and positive messages. Oh yes, deep breathing may help a bit too. emoticon
