I have had 7 days off. It's one nice thing about 12 hour self scheduling shifts, you can really manipulate your schedule to get a lot of days off in a row. It's been nice, but I always feel like I should have done more with so many days off. I've needed a break though with the stressful changes at work. Hoping I am going back tomorrow with a refreshed attitude ready to face the challenges that will surely be waiting on me.
Very excited about the Biggest Loser Challenge I'm starting. My goals are set and I'm ready to get started. It's an 10 week challenge that starts 9/12 there is 2 week pre challenge going on until then. There are small and large team challenges along the way. Really excited how this is going to play out!
These are my 5 main GOALS for the FALL challenge:
1.I will Walk 100 miles
2.I will Lose 10 lbs or more
3.I will Track nutrition/fitness daily
4.I will Post daily
5.I will Give a daily hug to someone IRL
