I have been trying to pretrack my food and some of my exercise. it helps because then i have to preplan my meals and snacks. it makes for less guess work if i already know what i am planning to eat and not eat.

    That also solves the problem of shopping, overbuying, and wasting food.

  I think that's a great idea! That's my goal for the next few weeks also. I'm hoping it becomes a habit. :)
