Stay in range for calories, protein and fiber at least 5 days in the week
5 servings Freggies
Refine recipes to help me meet these goals
Take vitamins and supplements
Drink 12 cups of water
Exercise 30 minutes for at least 5 days a week

    I am happy you are setting goals that you can achieve and will get you where you want to go...but they wil require a lot of discipline from you! Yell my way if you need a kick in the keester to keep you moving emoticon I know you will do this!
