Not much to say about this one! So many delicious choices. I really do love fresh fruit and veggies, so for the rest of this week, I am going to make a real attempt to eat at least 5 servings a day. ... And I will track it! Happy Sparking friends!
It is amazing how good nature's treasures taste when you've been staying on program. They're like treats instead of 'have tos'. Last night for a snack instead of having a cereal bar, or worse yet, chex mix I ate 20 cherry tomatoes - that just goes to show how habits can change.
