So today was my first day back working out in a very long time and oh my goodness was I exhausted from it! I woke up bright and early to get in a good workout before all my classes which included a mile run and 20 minutes on the elliptical, it's safe to say that my glutes remember that I never take it easy on them at the gym!
Even though it was exhausting I can only hope to keep it all up -- especially after seeing that I had lost THREE pounds in my first week back at college!
Can't wait to see where I go from here!!! (:
