Today started my fourth week on the carb cycling plan and guess what
It's a High Carb day every day!!
The idea behind is that your body is getting use to the plan and this week we'll shake it up. High carbs doesn't mean lots of bread and junk but healthy complex carbs.
Complex carbs, veggies, and protein are the plan for each meal.
Complex carbohydrates are commonly found in vegetables, whole-meal bread and cereals. Examples of foods that contain complex carbohydrates include spinach, yams, broccoli, beans, zucchini, lentils, skimmed milk, whole grains and many other leguminous plants and vegetables. (from fitday.com)
As you can imagine, I am looking forward to this week of eating.
