It was my first day on the cash register, and it went by fast. That place is busy. They do keep things well organize though sending people on breaks, and lunches when they're suppose to, and keeping the lines moving. I had two 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch. My legs are killing me, but I have tomorrow off, and I'm getting up early and going swimming. I have to do laundry, and clean my apartment. I'm a slob.
Got all my goals done yestarday. I stayed within my calorie range yestarday as well.
my goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
45 minutes of cardio/swimming
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 mintues on sparkpeople tracking my food and exercise.
