I'm having a much better battle with food today. Even though I did eat fast food once I decided instead of getting my usual 2 sandwiches and large fries and pop I got the small value sizes of everything. Still not great but did shave a lot of extra calories off. I was suprised how satisfied I was after eating it. Order less you'll eat less.
For supper tonight I tried to just make enough for who was eating as to not have any leftovers to tempt me to get seconds. I also fixed everyone else's plate first so I couldn't over plate myself extra food. Because there wasn't any.
Been trying to focus more on portion control rather than calorie counting even though I am recording it. Lost 2 pounds so far...which may have been water weight since I did just get done with my menstrual cycle. We will see how I did at the end of the week!
