Well today hasn't been the best.
I went to my friends house, and had 2 slices of bread and some chips (fries)
And a slice of garlic bread with my dinner.
Then came across some biscuits in the cupboard that the other half had brought:( I stopped at 3!
Don't know what's up with me today!!
I missed my morning workout!
I think it's stress eating!
So.. Going to get my workout clothes on and get on the cross trainer!
And do extra well tomorrow before weigh in day!
Hopefully with a big workout now and a big workout in the morning ill be ok!
