Today, I'm working on getting back on track. Chris decides today's a good day to bake muffins and make pudding with Vanessa. And buy huge delicious steaks! Lol it's not going to be a very on track night for eating, but I WILL TRACK it!!!
I went for a walk, and it felt so good. So, so relaxing, I loved it! I need to do such things more often, but it takes so long, blah blah excuses. :) I'm shooting for 10 minutes for like the next week, as I get my eating back to where it needs to be. I reset the fitness / weight loss goal thing, so my calories range is back down to 1200-1550. Boo.
I logged my weight, up 4 pounds from the last time I'd logged it. Double boo. I know it will come down.
