Rawr. I can do it I can do it!

Tuesday, September 03, 2013

Today, I'm working on getting back on track. Chris decides today's a good day to bake muffins and make pudding with Vanessa. And buy huge delicious steaks! Lol it's not going to be a very on track night for eating, but I WILL TRACK it!!!

I went for a walk, and it felt so good. So, so relaxing, I loved it! I need to do such things more often, but it takes so long, blah blah excuses. :) I'm shooting for 10 minutes for like the next week, as I get my eating back to where it needs to be. I reset the fitness / weight loss goal thing, so my calories range is back down to 1200-1550. Boo.

I logged my weight, up 4 pounds from the last time I'd logged it. Double boo. I know it will come down.

Going for a walk is a great way to release stress and it makes you feel good in the process!!! I need to walk more myself. The weather here in Nova Scotia hasn't been cooperating the last few days though. To wet and humid.

Ah well... cooler weather is on the way.

Just take things one day at a time!!!

You're on the right track again. (pun intended.) Tracking is so important for people like me...even in maintenance!
Best wishes as you get back into the swing of things.
