September Goals

Well August did NOT go as planned so here's to a new month
Drinking-The two days of DD at the end of the month were really bad and it seems like old habits are getting worse again, so my goal is to have at least 15 AF days this month and no DD
Smoking-not too bad but could be better. Lets try to go days without a cigarette instead of hours
Exercise-besides my stair stepping at work, this is non-existent, especially on the weekends. Need to step it up a notch and exercise at home too, lets say at least 3 times a week
Nutrition-too much junk food, need to get back into the habit of keeping track and choosing healthier options, no more fast food and stops at the gas stations. I need to stop being lazy and start cooking more meals
