Positive Changes

Today's Sparkcoach task is very timely for me. I HAVE been working hard, and although the scale has moved, it is only VERY slightly.
However, there are other things to notice:
I'm less stiff when I get up from sitting, and that's something that had been worrying me as it started a few months ago.
I am getting to bed a little earlier, and getting a bit more rest, which helps in many areas.
I have the stamina and energy to tackle the monumental task of cleaning my new house, getting rid of the debris left by the previous owner and making it ready to move my family in. I wouldn't have had this energy a few months ago.
Oh and my pants are the right length again ;) I was noticing they all seemed short on me. That was because my weight had crept up. All my clothes are fitting me better again.

    Another one I noticed today - I had to walk farther to make my walk last as long as I wanted. I'm naturally walking faster.
