while having a bit of a journey.
The intensive training to get my 500 hour certification was, well, intense.
I didn't have many spoons to spare during the 8 weeks and the weeks following have been a very different kind of difficult.
Yesterday made me want to stop a moment and take stock of where I am and set some new goals. Goals with no time limit, no boundaries, no limitations at all really.
Goal #1 create a consistent workout plan with yoga, running, weight training, and pole fitness
Goal #2 pick my poi back up, and hooping, and diablo. Rediscover the motion/fire artist in me
Goal #3 maintain the Creator Mindset (if you haven't read the book The Power of TED* look it up. It will change the way you view life)
Goal #4 organize my house in such a way that I can keep it clean and free of clutter. I feel so much better with a clean house!
Goal #5 plan my wedding in such a way that it is as stress free on the actual day as possible (ok, so this one has a time limit, but I'm doing pretty good so far!)
I guess this is it for now. I may or may not be around on SP often, it just depends on how everything is going and how much time I have.
I've missed the community here and the support of all of you and I hope you're doing well yourselves.
