a new week has begun. i am glad cause i did really horrible over the weekend. gained a few pounds due to past, pizza, etc. thank goodness this is a journey and i can learn from my mistakes. i will not let this keep me off track
went to 2 barb-b-q yesterday and they both were great. one of the barb-b-q was a reunion of sorts between part of my family and myself. after my sister died in nov, my sister and brother and i quit talking to each other due to some stupid stuff. i recently text her, figuring she would tell me to get lost. she missed me as much as i missed her and we picked up where we left off without even talking about the problem. i just wish my mom and other sister would get with the program/.
i took my walk today but i have to increase my excercise to things that really burn more calories like running. i am still doing my c25k so that helps. also, i am concentrating on weight lifting for several reasons. - more calorie burn for your buck and to prevent osteoporosis.
