I stepped on the scale last night to find that I was down almost 2 pounds in the past week! Not a huge deal, but I had just returned from spending the weekend at camp, where I didn't exactly eat healthy & might have had a couple of adult beverages (yay for Pumpkinhead being back in season btw), so I was just hoping to have maintained rather than gained weight. I guess trying to keep an eye on the kids and tending to my beautiful granddaughter all weekend had some health benefits other than improving my mood! :-)
