August by the Numbers

So ends my summer of tracking. In August, I added a goal to my tracking calendar to move at least 25 minutes each day. Here's the tally of all four calendar goals (Calories within limits, less Alcohol, six hours of Sleep, Fitness 25 minutes):

Calories: 55% (up 7% over July, up 11% over June)
Alcohol: 58% (up 13% over July, up 2% over June...July must have been a party month)
Sleep: 97% (up 3% over both months)
Fitness: 64% (no comparison)
