I met a lot of my goals yesterday, I managed to get some stretches done in the morning and at night. I did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training in (meeting my workout for 60 mins. daily). I ate most of my meals mindfully meaning that I ate slow and without distractions. I ate a healthy snack at night and I drank 5 out of 8 cups of water.
I have been feeling really good physically which is a motivator for me. Today I am going to do a Denise Austin 30 min. cardio video. I am also going to 10 mins working out my arms, core and legs each equaling 30 min. strength training. I will also eat mindfully and drink my water.
