speeding ticket

Off to court here in a little bit for a speeding ticket. Hoping to get out of it, since I was not speeding. But, isn't that what we all say. lol

Busy day ahead and only had about 3 hours of sleep. Hope that isn't a bad sign. Weight looks to be going down. I'm a scale freak. Weighing myself almost every time I go to the bathroom. i know I shouldn't, but can't seem to help myself. official weigh in on Thursday though. Changing the day for the challenge.

    I recently got my first ticket for going 27 in a 25 mph zone. No kidding! The cop was a total a-hole. And he refused to show me the radar gun, so I think it was a lie.

    I weigh myself a lot too but don't let a result lift me up too much or down too much til it's been averaged over a month (thanks to girly things that cause our weight to be all over the place!!), but I also take into account my measurements. For instance I had a big gain last month, which doesn't surprise me after the things I dealt with and the way I handled them =/, BUT I still lost over an inch =]

    Careful not to let the Scale become your "god". I have done that and it leads to unnecessary stress. I had to change my weigh day from Sundays to Thursdays when I joined the challenge. I actually like that better. Good luck with the court issue.
