Okay update post since I've been MIA since Friday.
Yesterday concluded my 15 day challenge to journal my food. Still at it this morning!
Yes, I missed a few days here and there only because I wasn't on the computer. But I attempted to update as much as I could when I did get back.
Today I'm starting my 27 day challenge to continue with journaling. I say 27 days since that's how many days are left in the month. This will also incorporate my other challenges for the month of September. I'm also going to try a lot harder to journal better during the weekends. Which is when I mostly miss.
Gym Friday - 45 minutes treadmill - hmmm foggy can't remember if I did anything else but i do remember squats and weights.
My eating was pretty good this weekend but I did partake in some fast food ventures. I didn't get out that much as we had rain most of the weekend. Also I didn't consume water AT ALL this weekend.
yeah I know terrible. I'm making up for it as much as possible this week.
I've been really good with getting in my strength training. I even blew up my fitness ball thingy yesterday. I've been continuing with my squats and using my dumb bells. I sat my 8# bells by the kitchen so while I'm cooking I do some reps, squats and more reps. I plan to continue this regimen. Great way to pass time while you're waiting on something. Since my house is now back to some type of order, I can reset my workout stations also. Plan to do that today...well add a few since most are set.
Otherwise, that's it for me.
