Tuesday - Day 4 and also Day 12

emoticon A friend and I have been to the gym for the last 4 mornings! This is a new record for me of morning workouts... and today I picked her up at 4:15, so that I could get back home, cleaned up and to work by 7. We were both feeling it a bit this morning, so we didn't do quite the same intensity, but we still made our 45 minutes of cardio and then did Burpies, Chair Dips, and jump rope. Bob Harper would have yelled at us today, since we were both hurting from the past days and didn't have the same drive, but we definitely did better than we would have sleeping at home! emoticon

I am annoyed that my weight has gone up since we started this... and my eating has been spot on. emoticon But, I know that it is BECAUSE of the new workout routine and my body is in shock. I keep telling myself that it will move by the end of the week... and to just keep on.

I did figure out that we can delay about a 1/2 hour tomorrow and still get the kids to school etc... so that will be nice. And DH realized he didn't need to leave until 6am on Thursday, so I can get in 2 more gym workouts before he leaves! Then I'll be on my own with my treadmill... THAT will be a true test.

Okay - Hope everyone else is ready to tackle this crazy long 4 day week!

    4 in the morning?? Holy semoly! I thought meeting The Buddy at the park at 7 was bad1 You deserve a HUGE congratulations for getting up and getting there. That's impressive!

I know the weight gain sucks, but it will reverse itself soon. And it sounds like you have a pretty good outlook on it.

    Just stick with it the weight will fall eventually. Your right it's probably water retention. emoticon
