I've been pretty proud of the way I've been handling things lately. When I'm out and about, I keep safe snacks with me, drink plenty of water and generally keep myself portion controlled. I've kept to a meal plan, chose to keep my carb grams less than 100, and generally found that I can lose a pound or two with that intake. All in all I've had a good feeling about my health in general.
The bonus of these choices is better sleep and less achiness in general. I challenged myself to at least walk every day, and then any added movement would be a bonus. My dogs love me for that. :)
