Blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month.

Progress has been slow. I'm in the time of year when everything and everyone else's problems come first to take care...mine are at the bottom of the list.

Now with August over, the kids settled in school, after school activities arranged and all yearly appointments taken care of, I'm hoping to have time to focus on myself.

Making time for fitness is my number one priority. August was hectic but there was no time (or I didn't MAKE time) for concentrated fitness for me. September will be all about fitness !!

  You can do it. Remember fitness doesn't have to be a trip to the gym - even a few stretches during TV commercials or marching in place while you cook are good things too. emoticon
