Time to get back on the wagon

So, I had a ton of fun. I had NO cell service where we went so was not able to log in my food and exercise daily. Yikes!!! I did walk every day for at least 2 miles around the campground. I was also careful for the most part on what I ate. Lots of fruit, some veggies (my friend is not a veggy lover like I am). My friend is very overweight and is not an exerciser. Brought along my Spark Solution book and we made turkey meatballs and spaghetti one night. She did enjoy this. She is not a fan of whole wheat pasta so did the smart pasta (the in between pasta as I call it). I did enjoy a smores with her one night but otherwise stuck to the fruit and some almonds I brought. Had a great time and although I did gain, 1.2 lbs, it was not too bad considering.
Time to get back on track now. I am so close to onederland that I must focus!!
