Thirty-five pound weight loss, tracked and celebrated and then ... life happened. I went back up the scale. It happens. No idea the best way to track it so I didn't. Back up to 200 was depressing; up to 210, I knew the trend had to stop!
I've been coming steadily back down the scale for the last week or two, so it's not just a random fluctuation.
I've been being more careful of what I eat, eating more fruits and veggies and raw as much as possible and I've been biking and walking more, plus more diligent about doing my strength training.
Having been a certified personal trainer, I have the knowledge, but without the support and encouragement of my fellow Sparkers, I might still be spiraling out of control. Thanks, my Spark friends! :D
