any idea please? i have been feeling poorly over the last few days , bad belly. i have no energy to exercise even though i did walk the dog this morning, i don't know want i want to eat .
please please if you have any ideas in how to boost my energy i would be very grateful

I do really well with protein smoothies when I need an energy boost. There are tons of them that you can google. Also stress really pulls down your energy. Sometimes a hot bubble bath is just what the doctor orders for feeling better. I LOVE bubble baths...I pretend I'm at a world class spa...listen to some classical music, take a good book to read, use my bath pillow and there is a little tray that fits across the bath tub..then after I give myself a pedi when my toes and feet are all soft and easy to absorb creams. Trim those pinkies and paint them pink....you'll feel better in no time!

Try some QiGong with Master Chunyi Lin....of you can do a few minutes a day to start, and stay with it for 6 weeks, I guarantee you will feel better....also that was good advice about blood sugar....what about wheat? I am not completely intolerant to it, but do tend to feel bloated & yukky if I eat to much wheat/grains....so I obviously have a mild intolerance to it....plus too many simple carbs will make you feel sleepy..also they turn into sugars in the body........otherwise go to the Doc, is my advice....write down all your symptoms first , though so you don't forget some....when you're feeling poorly, you aren't usually thinking straight.....

First off, have you eaten breakfast? ..not just coffee or a sweetroll...a real breakfast? You body needs go power to get the day going.
I am guessing you have never heard of her, but Teresa Tapp has a program of gentle exercise that really works to boost energy. If you visit her website, look for the "try before you buy" links...she has exercise samples of all her programs. Look for the hoedowns..that is a short boost that also works to lower blood sugars. They take practice, but they do work (I had to hold onto something for balance when I first started these!)
Another thought is regarding blood sugars. Have you had yours tested? Do you know the symptoms of diabetes? High blood sugars sap your energy levels fast.
Don't know if any of this helps..but you asked for suggestions.
ps. I reread your post...you mentioned a bad belly..i don't exactly know what you mean, ut you might look into probiotics. If it is digestion...maybe some bromelain capsules. Zinc and L-lysine help with healing. Just some suggestions.
