This is a new song by Sick Puppies that I heard on the radio, and now I'm listening to them on Spotify. I like them, I think I may buy their newest album on Amazon.
I ran 5 miles yesterday! That's good because it's actually ahead of what I anticipated for training, an I feel pretty good today, well, after some yoga. I was overall good with activity level this weekend, with some kettlebells both Sat and Sun, and walking and running yesterday. I wanted to walk in the woods, but the husband couldn't handle a little mud, bum!
My food wasn't too bad either. I did make a zucchini bread, but it's more zucchini than bread, and it did have a bunch of real sugar in it, but I used almond and quinoa flours to up the protein content. I got beets in my farm share so I made beet soup with onions, carrots, zucchini, and ginger that I'll eat for lunches this week. Delicious and healthy!
Okay, I should get going, because I have class in 35 minutes. Today is my long day, class from 9-11, 1-3, and 6-8pm. Plus a bunch of meetings, some office hours, and a trip to the gym. Yikes! Okay, I'm out.
