It has literally been months since I've sat down at my SP blog & posted something. Always too busy it seems & never taking the time to just do it. Where does the time go? As kids.. we want to fast forward the time to when we are adults & can do more things "our" way.. and as adults, we want to slow down time & savor each moment.
What a summer it's been !! Camping, hiking, kids activities, work.. it never seems to end. Two boys went back to school last week and one heads back tomorrow. I of course, get to keep one at home for a few more years yet.
I have been maintaining my weight still. It's been a long time. Months in fact. I lose a few pounds, then gain a few. Not sure what I am doing or not doing to make my weight stay where it is. I literally am still only 17 pounds from my ideal weight.
I lost almost 5 pounds two weeks ago & then gained back 2 pounds (1 each week) in the following 2 weeks since. I am working out every day for at least an hour~ sometimes more. Eating good with a few slip ups. But I think I'm still not eating enough. I really am so serious about losing but what the hell am I to do??
Ok.. here goes another day.
