I decided that a fun thing to do would be to schedule an appointment with myself in my spark planner. I set the appointment for 1 month from now and will have a reminder sent to me that day (to my regular email). In the comments, I wrote myself this note:
How are you doing? 4 weeks have past since you set this appointment...Have you gotten to One-derland yet? Your short goal was to lose 5 lbs by October 3rd. Did you reach it? How's your attitude?
When you set this appointment you felt determined, strong and motivated. My advice to you today is:
YOU ARE WORTH IT! KEEP GOING!!!!!!
Time to set another goal!"
I think this monthly appointment with myself is a good way to keep motivated, so I'm gonna give it a whirl and see how it goes. I know I will forget about the appointment between now and then, so it will be fun to get the email!
