September Goals

Simply put,
1. Drink at least 8 -8oz glasses of clear cocktail (water)
2. Cardio of 5 miles 3 days/week
3. Strength train 4 days/ week with special attention to abs
4. Stay within calorie range daily.
5. Track meals & beverages daily.

I am not going past 5 goals this month. Baby steps...lol
