~Breakfast every day - include fruit!
~70 oz. of water every day
~1 hour of Yoga every morning
~healthy lunch - include salad!!
~Cut back on coffee - 2 cups per day max!!
~Entirely avoid all junk food!
~Hike, or Hoop, Dance, Swim or other activity every day
~Home made dinner with vegetables and lean protein
~No dessert and no eating after dinner, only water or tea
~Include greens daily!
~Practice mindfulness and meditation
~Spend time with Nature
~Read inspiring & motivational quotes daily
~Check into Sparkpeople daily
