50 lbs. down so far!

I have actually lost a total of 50 lbs! My highest weight was 180 lbs. and I decided it was absolutely intolerable. I decided that I couldn't live like that any longer. I was also a smoker and didn't take great care of myself. I drank way too much coffee and didn't drink much water. I would skip breakfast most days then binge at night. I was constantly moody and tired. It couldn't go on. I successfully quit smoking a year and a half ago (Yay!) and I have lost a total of 50 lbs. since I decided to make the change, almost 2 years ago. So now I find myself at 130-135 lbs and wanting to be between 120-125, which is ideal for my height (5'2.) So I am setting my goals and focusing on them. I am so happy with the results I have achieved so far. I have been active with yoga, dance, hula hooping, and more, which has been what has helped me shed the weight, along with my gluten free diet based around mostly whole foods. I am continuing on my path and staying strong through life's changes. I recently left a long term relationship and there has been much temptation to completely get off track with my goals and lifestyle. And honestly I have had way too much ice cream in the past few months, hehe. But I know I have accomplished a great feat already with where I am and I know that any of my goals are totally attainable!I am focusing more on dancing and my arts. And healing and growing and transforming myself. It is a beautiful journey.. it's been a crazy ride. I can't wait to see what's in store.
