Dad & Surgery

Monday, September 02, 2013

My dad is having surgery to repair a hammertoe tomorrow morning. We have to be to the hospital at 5:15 a.m. I don't even know what that means. emoticon

It should be a quick-n-easy surgery, but he is on a blood thinner for atrial fibrillation, so they're always cautious when making any cuts.

He'll be off his feet 95% of the time for the first week, but he's a great healer and hopefully will be back and even better than before because he won't have such pain when walking.

Any prayers or good vibes you can send our way would be appreciated.

Gotta hit the sack early tonight...will v-log tomorrow if I can.
