Monday September 2, 2013 New Month new start

So I ended last week on a pretty good note. I have my schedule for the next two weeks, and it's 32 hours. They'll have to take a day back because I can only work 24 hours. I'm really looking forward to working again parttime. I'll still be able to swim as well.

Got most of my goals done over the last month. Stayed within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark 90% of the month. Got most of my walks and swimming in.

Last week went pretty good as well. Got all my walks in, and stayed within, or under my calorie range for 6 days.

My goal for this month are:

360 minutes of writing
360 minutes of reading
360 minutes of housework
240 minutes of strength training
720 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark 90% of the time

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark

My goals for Tuesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of house work
10 mintues of strengh training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
