Is it weigh in day yet?!

Monday, September 02, 2013

At the moment I feel like I'm counting down the days to weigh in day (Thursdays). Which I suppose is a good thing! I'm just excited every week to see how much weight I've lost!
And knowing that I must of lost because I've been good is even better!
Boredom is a problem.. I've sat watching boring tv and its the first time that I've thought about having a takeaway! I'm not even hungry!

I do feel like I'm less supported too.. Other than people on spark people I feel like everyone is waiting for me to fail! I do understand that they are used to me trying and failing.. But I do feel like I need more support than I'm getting.
My sister in law is also dieting.. But like me she tries and fails often. And she's not doing the best with her diet as it is, and feel like sometimes she tries to convince me to have more "treats" so she isn't the only one not doing well.

But despite the lack of support.. I'm no where near failing! Why is having a greasy curry a treat?! It would make me feel like I've let myself down! Not that I wouldn't enjoy it lol:)

Nope.. I don't need a treat, I'm motivated enough without them, so what's the point:)!

Right.. Bed time for me, sorry about my Monday moan:)!

Hey, what do you MEAN, a greasy curry emoticon

Make one yourself from lean meat, or vegetables, and you'll be thoroughly enjoying a scrumptious meal within the hour. We had one the other night that fell within my calorie limit. If it is homemade you KNOW the amount of calories; plus it costs very much less. emoticon

Enjoy your curries..........after you've made them emoticon

    Good attitude!

And I think treats ONCE IN A WHILE is okay, but with balance. For me, personally, I try to eat one sweet a day so I feel less deprived. I eat only a very small portion, if any at all. I do that so I don't splurge as bad on the weekends.

Just figure out what works for you, and try your best! And if you feel you need more encouragement for your family, politely find a tactful way asking them to support you more without pointing fingers at them. :-) Do your best!
