In Response to your Note to Self - Take 4

Hey Girlie603,

I knew we missed a week. But I was busy, and yes, it was work. I know, just an excuse. But I really have been working long hours and dealing with a lot of stress.

It is not the end of the road, and I am still working on goals. In fact, as I told you two weeks ago, I signed on to the Biggest Loser Team again. I just spent the afternoon connecting with all the members, providing info, and I'm really excited.

I will admit that I've been a bit lax on the goals. But I promise you to work smarter on all of them this week, and in fact, I am going to challenge you! Be ready to hear that I took care of all of the below this week, and in response I will expect you to add another measurable goal.

I will

1) spin the Spark wheel daily
2) log your food every day
3) check-in with your Biggest Loser team each day
4) finding ways to relieve some of that stress you've been under
5) focus on water intake this week

You in turn will give me something tangible as #6.

Get ready!
