Wow! Where have you been? I left you alone for one week, and you just completely abandoned me. I expected you would call me out on the fact that I was absent a week. We were starting to get on a roll here, weren't we?

Well, I'm checking in to see how you're doing. I know you're still trying, but you need to do better. I'm guessing you will use work as your excuse. Tell me if I'm right.

Gosh, Girlie, I thought we were on to something. Tell me it's not the end of the road. Tell me you are still working on those goals:

1) spin the Spark wheel daily
2) log your food every day
3) check-in with your Biggest Loser team each day
4) finding ways to relieve some of that stress you've been under
5) focus on water intake this week

I'll tell you what, Girlie, I won't even add anything to the list. Can you just let me know that you're doing what I'm asking? Can you check in once in a while?
