monday sept 2 time to get serious

as my birthday approaches I get so depressed not that I get older it just my kids don't care or grandkids
My plan this week is more exercise. I signed up for 6 months of jazzercise and this morning day 1 90 min.

breakfast
milk
apple
orange

snack mixed fruit

lunch cucumbers
tomatoes
apple

supper
stir fry with re onions peppers, mixed broccoli slaw
olive oil
3oz turkey

snack 3 oz turkey
half cup chocolate sugar free pudding and chocolate chips
