I wish they would sell pants by waist size. It would make life easier.

Great vlog! I think people who answered "yes" to the poll are likely to be people like me who have much more weight to lose than you. Like you, I wouldn't be willing to give up a year of my life to lose weight, but I can understand how people who voted "yes" feel. I think it's not so much about how people view you when you are overweight, but not being able to do things that are important to you anymore because of your weight. Sometimes I don't feel like I am really living my life now that I am 100 lbs overweight. I physically can't do the things that I used to love, like climbing mountains, kayaking, etc. It would be tempting to give up a year if it meant that the rest of the years I could really "live".

holy crap! I thought "give up a year" meant dedicate a year's time in weight management *but that's without reading article, just hearing the question as is. emoticon now you got me curious to go see that creepy statistic in terms of emoticon death?!! Are you sure? emoticon ***obviously I would not die a year younger to live all the others at a perfect weight

You're not only pretty on the outside, you're pretty on the inside, too.
