193.3lbs & all clothes are tight fitting😩
My insides feel awful. I am sluggish and moody most days. Jiggly all over, completely out of shape.
I started my weight loss journey on Dec 31, 2011 weighing in at 260lbs the best I felt was around the end of September 2012, I was down to 175lbs toned, in shape, feeling great!
I met a man & fell in love, we worked out together for a while. However, I got frustrated with my plateau (being stuck at 180lbs) and then I completely fell off track. Once life started getting real stressful, I added all the worst junk & eating habits back into my life...I ate for comfort & entertainment... We fed into eachother, became co-dependent...annnnnnd here I am now, up almost 15lbs & completely blah!
Buttttt, i am also here ready for change.
I have some simple goals. I also have some big goals. After losing 80lbs I truly believe that I can achieve all of my goals. So long as I am ready to commit & willing to put in the work.
Goals for the day:
💕start BBV (with simple recipe) again, shake for breakfast.
💕Instead of coffee, drink green tea
💕Have a balanced lunch & dinner
💕No eating after 7pm
💕Get my body moving!
I believe with these simple changes, losing 2lbs in one week is an attainable goal!
Major goal: to hit that 100lbs lost milestone! That will take -33lbs to reach 160lbs. It would be great to attain this goal by December 31, 2013.
