1 Step forward 3 Steps back but i'm not giving up'

Well I lost 7 pounds but I think I've gained it all since Friday. Tons of unhealthy food while at Shawn's and about 3-4 pounds of water weight. Luckily tummy.. how do I put the politely ... my visitor came so I should be able to lose the water weight within the next 2-3 days. I'm going to the casino tonight which should be fun especially if these cramps go away. I really have to reprioritize my life. I need to think but I'll post my new list of small streaks (which will include goals for school, realitionships, my lfe in general. Also medium range goals and long term goals along with my uultimate goals. And what I need to get started for each goal. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Re-evaluating your goals seems to help me. Visually laying it out on the table (or even on paper) will give you a better view of what got you to start in the first place. Keep going! :)

    Keep it up and remember that one bad meal doesn't make you fat, nor does one good meal make you skinny. It's the culmination of many meals that determines that, so just keep trying to make as many healthy choices as you can and you'll get there. emoticon
