September 2nd. day three of taking it back.

Weighed in this morning at 237.6. Started on Saturday weighing 240.0. So far I am down 2lbs. I Joined Planet fitness yesterday and will do my first workout there today. The only gym I have ever worked out at is the YMCA. I am nervous about working out somewhere new. But since it is located between home and work,
I have no excuse not to go. Right now my plan is 3o min. on the treadmill M-F and the 30 minute weight circuit Tues. and Thursday. I have my workout playlist loaded in my Mp3 player and my tennis shoes on. Here I go :) emoticon
