Three and a half days of a vegan food plan

Well, it is easier than I thought. All veggies, grains and fruit is not too bad. I can do that.

However, himself also requested no oil of any kind, at all, whether natural in the food or used as part of the cooking.

I was able to get the total tablespoons of oil per day down to two. I must do more research.

This morning, more oatmeal. For lunch, a constructed salad with greens, carrots, garbanzo beans, corn, etc. And a freshly made apple cider vinegar/maple syrup/stone ground mustard dressing. We will see how that goes.

Anyway, I have been on this food plan along with my husband, at least on this weekend. I do not crave anything. That is good. I will, when he is not here, introduce a couple of animal products. If not, I can see where this will go. I will not want to eat at all, and will gain weight as a result of not eating.
