Overall feeling about this month...pitiful!
On a good note...I had my annual employee health screening this month. All my vital statistics are top notch (weight, abdominal circumference, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides).
I also completed my 5th annual update for the National Weight Control Registry. I'm still in the 5% of weight loss maintainers. Yay!
