My birthday month!
I want to be at 267 by my birthday! Fingers crossed! This is not dependent upon my happiness. Its just a goal I'm shooting for.
I want to be 265 by my husband's birthday. Its exactly 7 days later. Same rule applies above.
I want to begin exercising at least 3 days per week this month for 30 mins. This may not begin until the first or second week though due to my bronchitis that I currently have.
My hardest goal for the month is going to be food. I don't have time to do much preparing at lunch. However I need to spend less money for September. Everyday is unpredictable so for now I'll just try to keep my meals as healthy as possible.
