Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Brazilian Day Festival- Chicken gyro, watermelon, corn on the cob

Snack: Starbucks frappicino, apple fritter

Dinner: John Shanghai's chicken and shrimp fried rice, 2 steamed chicken dumplings, corn on the cob

    Gosh this sounds yummy!
    At breakfast: you need about 1 oz of protein. Remember cars give energy, and protein help you be alert, among other things.
    Lunch: not bad. It's good to have your heaviest meal at lunch time, so you'll loose faster.
    Snack: you blew it! Frappicino has sugar, and possibly cream in it. We are not going to talk about the dessert! You just wanted it. And it does sound like it tasted good. So, just enjoy,. Oh, well.
    dinner: Too much starch in the form of rice, dumpling, and corn. I bet there was a lot of butter or oil used here. And also salt. You really ate too much protein too! You should have just picked one or the other/ chicken & shrimp or dumplings. You needed to add some vegetables to you feasting. Ok, so you had you day of enjoying food, now we all do that. I've been blowing it lately too. You meals looked a lot more exciting than what I had.
