I start a fall workout challenge tomorrow.
Jessica Smith's weekly workouts and challenges have been keeping me motivated since I first found her and did her summer challenge this year. When the challenge ended I stuck with the workouts with her weekly class schedule.
My current challenge is working out in the morning. Last week I worked out 2/4 days and did some stretching the other 2 days before work. I also worked out In the afternoon. Started training students aspiring to run the LA Marathon. It's too soon to tell who will stick with the program. We have over 40 kids in the program and a limited number of spots. We will probably,run with 20-25 students who will complete the program and get to the marathon. We have a 5k, our first race coming up later this month.
Here's the program for my non-running workouts. I plan to do them before work. That's where the real challenge is....

Day #12: Friday, Sept. 13: The Rise & Shine Workout
Day #13: Saturday, Sept. 14: Total Body Resistance Band (no band? use dumbbells instead)
